A professional result begins with a clear plan. Here is what you can expect when you contact Lake Painters.
Share the property address, project type, the areas you want painted, and your preferred timing. Photos can help begin the conversation, but the final scope should be based on the property and its conditions.
We schedule a property-specific review, discuss your goals, and prepare an estimate around the scope. Depending on the project, an estimate may include setup, labor, materials, clean-up, and rental equipment if needed.
Preparation is planned around the condition of the home or property. This can include addressing damaged areas, sanding, priming when needed, power washing exterior surfaces, and removing old peeling paint when required.
We complete the agreed scope, keep the work area organized, and use tarps to help protect relevant furniture, landscaping, flooring, and surrounding areas. At the end of the project, Lake Painters performs a final walkthrough with the customer.
